إذا لم تناسبك النظارة، يمكنك طلب إرجاعها خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب. يرجى التواصل معنا خلال هذه المدة لترتيب الإرجاع.

حتى يكون الإرجاع مقبولاً، يجب أن تكون النظارة غير مستخدمة، وفي حالتها الأصلية، مع العلبة والملحقات والفاتورة أو إثبات الشراء. لا تُقبل المنتجات المتضررة بسبب الاستخدام أو التي ينقصها شيء من محتوياتها.

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سنبلغك بحالة طلب الإرجاع وطريقة استرداد المبلغ. وإذا وصل المنتج معيباً أو مختلفاً عن وصفه، تواصل معنا لنساعدك وفق حقوق المستهلك المعمول بها في الإمارات.

Return and Refund Policy

If the sunglasses don’t suit you, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact us within this period to arrange the return.

To be eligible, the sunglasses must be unused and in their original condition, with the original case, accessories, and proof of purchase. Items damaged through use or returned with missing contents are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll let you know whether the return is approved and how the refund will be processed. If your item arrives defective or different from its description, please contact us so we can assist in accordance with applicable UAE consumer rights.
